Contacting Georgetown about the Student Protests of Gonzales

A member of Daily Kos, lyvwy, took the time to call Georgetown and give support. Thank you! She said that anyone wanting to contact Georgetown about the students protesting at the Gonzales speech on wiretapping (spying) should contact the Associate Director of Communications, Kara Tershel. I copy from lyvwy's comment at the Daily Kos here to give you the information.

For the most part I hate lawyers in the same way that one might hate dogs after being bitten by several of them. Noce to see young wannabes stand up and make a point.

How will these young protestors react when its their turn to twist the laws for profit and they are confronted by young idealists? Probably the same way. By huffing simething under their breath before they stomp off to their 100K Mercedes.

Cheers. And keep up the fight.

Hmm, I actually never plan on having a car worth that much. I currently commute on my bicycle and public transportation, as I had to sell my car to help pay for law school. I certainly cannot speak for everyone at the protest, but I can say that many who were there (including me) are dedicated to social causes - not lining their pocketbooks.
